At WALA Heilmittel GmbH, we are working on ensuring digital accessibility. Usability is constantly being improved for all. Efforts are being made to meet the relevant accessibility standards (EN 301 549 WCAG 2.2 and BITV). This statement on digital accessibility applies to the Dr. Hauschka online shop, www.drhauschka.de, of WALA Heilmittel GmbH headquartered at Dorfstrasse 1, 73087 Bad Boll/ Eckwälden. The Dr. Hauschka online shop offers the possibility of concluding contracts for products offered by WALA Heilmittel GmbH (cosmetic products and accessories) and events (garden tours) via e-commerce.

 

 

Current compliance with requirements

Our website is not yet fully compliant with the technical requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). During implementation, WALA Heilmittel GmbH is considering the following four principles to ensure that the Dr. Hauschka online shop meets the technical requirements:

  • Sufficient colour contrast

Operable:

  • Keyboard control for all functions
  • Visible focus indicators
  • No time-limited interactions without control options

Understandable:

  • Clear navigation
  • Error detection and help in forms

Robust:

  • Compatibility with screen readers and other tools
  • Stable functionality on various devices and browsers

This statement was written on 25.06.2025 and updated on 15.08.2025. The statement was written as part of a self-assessment in collaboration with a specialised agency. With the support of this agency, WALA Heilmittel GmbH is constantly working on making its offer more accessible.
