How our loyalty programme works.

By registering for a customer account, you have taken the first step — we welcome you to the circle of Dr. Hauschka Friends.
2. Collect points.
Every time you buy something from our online shop, you will gain one point per euro of the value of the purchased item(s). We give you 50 points as a welcome bonus, which you can redeem straight away.
3. Receive bonus points.
In addition, you will receive 50 bonus points for subscribing to our newsletter and 15 bonus points for each product review.

As soon as you reach the minimum number of points required for the next level, your status will automatically change. See what your new status brings by scrolling up.
You will receive 1 point for every euro spent in our online shop. Please note that you will not receive any points for returns, shipping costs, or redeemed vouchers.
Every time you reach a new level, your status is secured for 18 months. The points you collect also remain valid for 18 months. If you do not have enough points to maintain your status, it will be downgraded once for one year.
