Skin cells renew themselves over a period of 28 days. To mirror this cycle, intensive treatment should be used as a 28-day treatment. The rhythmitised treatment works best when used to revitalise the skin three to six times a year. Spray four to five times mornings and evenings and gently press in with your hands.
For daytime care we recommend Regenerating Day Cream.
This Regenerating Rhythmic Treatment is intended to complement your daily holistic skin care routine. Continue to cleanse, tone and moisturize daily using Dr.Hauschka preparations such as Cleansing Cream, Regenerating Serum, Regenerating Day Cream, Regenerating Neck and Décolleté Cream and Regenerating Eye Cream.
In addition, we recommend an intensive skin care routine once or twice a week with Clarifying Steam Bath, Clarifying Clay Mask and Firming Mask.
